Usage Information
We collect information about your usage of our services. For example, to handle support in our Product we use a third-party service called Intercom that enables us to interact with our customers via chat and email. We use this information to improve our existing services and to prioritize new features and services for the future. Another example is our use of Google Analytics on our Site, a third-party service that helps us monitor traffic patterns on our Site. We use this information to help us optimize the content and structure of our Site to be as useful as possible to our visitors.

Location Information
We may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address. We collect and use this information to calculate how many people visit our Site and Product from certain geographic regions. This helps us prioritize and plan features to support different geographic locations. For example, Giddyapp's invoicing system supports a number of international currencies. Currency support can be prioritized based on this location information. Information from Cookies & Other Technologies: A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Pixel tags (also called web beacons) are small blocks of code placed on websites and emails. Giddyapp uses cookies and other technologies like pixel tags to help us identify the effectiveness of things like email campaigns and advertisements. For example, if Giddyapp runs an advertisement on a third-party website and someone clicks the ad and arrives on our Site we might use a pixel tag to let us know the visitor arrived to our Site from the ad helping us gauge the effectiveness of the ad. For more information about cookies read our Cookie Policy below.

Information We Collect from Other Sources We may get information about you from sources outside of our Site or Product. For example, our Product has the ability to integrate with third-party services. If you voluntarily choose to connect your Giddyapp account to a third-party service there might be information collected from the third-party service and stored in your Giddyapp account in order to facilitate the intended results of the integration.
